Despite the fact that President Obama made Cap and Trade and other green policy plans a focal point of his early days in office � not to mention his campaign for president � the White House has quietly scrubbed from its official website many of Obama�s promises and green initiatives.

…”Especially interesting it the sudden disappearance of Obama s plan to commit $150 billion on clean energy research and development.” That is surprising, especially since Obama throws billions of dollars around like dimes. This guy has NEVER met a government program he didn’t like. Never. He has barely any cuts to the national budget (oh, except for defense, naturally, since it doesn’t fit into his socialist agenda). He also usually only cuts future “increases” in a budget, but never the actualy budget itself, so spending pretty much stays the same.
I’m starting to feel like we need an Oliver Cromwell to lead a revolt in Washington. Seems like it’s the only way things are actually going to change around here. Someone who is cheap and would treat the Federal budget as if it were his own money, and not someone elses. Someone who would actually reduce the size of government and not explode it. Someone who would stop taxing and stop regulating people to death. Someone who could come up with a tax code people…
